Our team of engineers will visit your plant to understand the operation and ensure that we can help.

Our engineers will configure Chef to your ingredients, your portions, your trays, your placement requirements, and your conveyors.

Deployment

We’ll fly out, deploy the System, train your staff, and do a site acceptance test.

Support

Included in your fee, you get full operational support for your Systems: 24/7 remote support, part replacement, bug fixes, software updates, software upgrades, hardware updates, hardware upgrades, and preventative maintenance.

Success

We’ll be the robotics experts so you don’t need them in-house. We’ll have weekly calls and visit often to ensure that your staff are successfully using the robots. We’ll ensure that utilization is high and help you onboard new ingredients as needed.
